About Jack's Burger List
Created by Jack Faulkner, Jack's Burger List helps you find independent burger restaurants and rate the places you know.
Honest scores. More credible lists.
Each restaurant's displayed score is its raw community average out of ten. The order also considers confidence, so a single perfect rating does not automatically outrank a restaurant with a proven body of strong reviews.
- The raw community average is always displayed.
- New restaurants start near a neutral 8/10 baseline and move toward their average as ratings arrive.
- Each visitor contributes one current rating per restaurant. Updating a rating replaces that visitor's previous score.
- Duplicate listings for the same location are combined without counting a person twice. Different branches remain separate.
Listings with fewer than three ratings are marked “New.” No public account is required.
Help keep the map accurate.
Restaurants move, close, and change their menus. Open a restaurant on the map and select “Report a problem” to flag an incorrect address, duplicate, closure, or unsuitable listing.
Corrections are reviewed before they are applied. Directions links include the restaurant's location; check with the restaurant for current hours and availability.
